We are currently looking to hire Media Buyer for a large long term project. We will provide training and clear guidance on all crucial skills that go into maintaining and growing our current ad distribution.

Working conditions

- Our offices are well equipped power outages: gasoline generator, EcoFlow Delta portable power station provides electricity for devices and standby lightning, Fiber optic internet provider, Starlink - provide access to the internet;

- First month will be a paid traineeship period;

- Traineeship period paid as fixed monthly payment in UAH;

- Always stable and on time salary;

- Official employment (by contract);

- Salary is calculated in $/h, with loads of 160 to 200 or more hours per month (all spent time is payd);

- Additionally: company pays Bench as 75% from rate and FuckUp pays as 50% from rate;

- Revision of the hourly rate every six months by +50% (according by regulations);

- Quarterly bonus, project performance based;

- English classes 2 times per week (groups of two people, after work hours); MacBook Pro 13/16, 4K monitor, stand, mouse, keyboard, headphones, comfortable chair, company branded T-shirt and mug;

- Working day from 8:00 to 17:00 (The plan for the day is made at the stand-up meeting and must be accomplished (considering common sense) within the day according to the checkpoints. After accepting the work, the PM finalizes the working day);

- Breakfast, lunches and other things in the kitchen at the expense of the company (coffee, tea, cookies, sweets, yogurts and drinks in the refrigerator);

- Work in our K5 office (only one location for this vacancy): 2 minutes from Slavutich metro station.

Requirements

- Fluency in written English is required (Upper Intermediate B2 or higher);

- Good understanding of affiliate marketing, digital advertising industry and CPA marketing;

- Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets;

- Computer power user skills and attention to details;

- Analytical mindset and knowledge of working with metrics;

- Other accompanying skills.

Would be a plus

- Experience in affiliate marketing, especially in affiliates (partners) management over long periods of time;

- Have a basic understanding of web development technologies;

- Experience of preparing requirements for designer;

- Experience of working with Voluum or other SaaS ad tracking platforms;

- Experience with affiliate marketing tools like Affise, Appsflyer, Smartly;

- Experience of working with Google Looker Studio or other data visualization tools;

- Working with targeted and social advertising platforms as well as content creator based advertising;

- Search advertising with major search engines and basic knowledge of SEO.

Responsibilities

- Day-to-day communication with our affiliates - account managers from our our advertising partners;

- Working with Voluum platform to set up and maintain product distribution campaigns;

- Checking CPA and CPC traffic quality based on custom metrics and preparing fraud reports to partners for refunds;

- Analyzing CPA and CPC traffic performance and looking for opportunities to optimize user acquisition costs and volume;

- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and control of timely settlements with partners and advertisers;

- Looking for new new direct advertisers with new offers and opportunities to increase installs;

- Researching other affiliate marketing tools/services: Affise, Appsflyer, Smartly, etc. and evaluating benefits of integration with them;

- Market and competitor analysis and looking for new references from competitor materials;

- Close cooperation with Project Manager and Designer to formulate new hypotheses for landing page A/B tests to increase conversion.
