Community / Support Manager $500-1500 Offline

FontBase is looking for a community and support manager. This is a hybrid marketing + support position, so ideally, experience in both is required.

 

Your main responsibilities in this position will be:

 

- Managing user feedback, issues, and messages on all channels: Twitter, Discord, Email and our forum;

- Replying to user messages as fast as possible;

- Developing and advertising FontBase community by creating posts, news, and announcements on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Discord;

- Providing the most valuable user feedback back to developers;

- Finding and researching marketing opportunities;

- Writing blog posts and announcements for our website.

 

A high level of English is a must. Previous work experience is also a must. You will work remotely with our team (which is based in Ukraine), and communicate using Discord.

 

As FontBase is a font manager, s huge bonus would be if you have a background experience in design or arts.
