Business Development Manager - Blockchain Technology Offline
We are a dynamic and innovative Ukrainian IT company specializing in blockchain development. We are currently seeking a results-driven and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process, from initial outreach and negotiations to successful deal closure.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the company's market presence.
- Write clear and compelling documentation, particularly client agreements, that reflect the scope and details of projects accurately.
- Integrate new client sources into company's the sales pipeline, based on research made and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Solid knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts and their real-world applications.
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication and negotiation with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing client-facing documentation and contracts.
- Demonstrated track record in business development and sales, ideally in the IT or blockchain industry.
- Proven ability to successfully manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the blockchain or technology sector.
- Familiarity with blockchain use cases across different industries.
- Existing network of contacts within the blockchain or related industries.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
