We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Lead Generation (SDR) to steer our sales team toward unprecedented success.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Provide exceptional leadership to the lead generation team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and perform competitive analysis.

- Oversee and optimize lead generation processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to create synergistic and impactful sales strategies.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Extensive experience in a leadership role within Sales or Business Development; prior experience in B2B e-commerce is an advantage.

- Demonstrated expertise in cold outreach methods, including but not limited to email and LinkedIn.

- Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher is required.

- In-depth understanding of lead generation processes and funnel management.

- Proficiency in utilizing automation tools for sales and cold outreach, as well as CRM systems.

- Exceptional organizational skills, high level of responsibility, and keen attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership capabilities.
