Recruiter (project job)

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our small but rapidly growing team of professionals.

The person we are looking for is:

- Has experience in the IT industry as a Recruiter/HR/Researcher or in a similar position

- Great communicator (Ukrainian / English), the English level is C1 (Advanced)

- Participated in the pre-screening processes of the IT candidates, evaluated their English communication skills

- Responsible and self-organised

- Passion to constantly learning

- Participation in the meetings with native speakers would be a plus

Responsibilities:

-Handling the full recruitment process

-Searching and headhunting candidates (passive & active job seekers)

-Reviewing and understanding technical job requirements

-Reviewing applicants to verify if position requirements are met

-Supporting candidates through all stages of the hiring process, including actual adequate feedback

-Following up with candidates, foster long-term relationships with them

-Creating a productive work environment in recruiting with hiring managers
