Social casino project. Online platform or application that offers a virtual gambling experience to its users without involving real money. It combines elements of social networking and casino games, providing players with a simulated gambling environment where they can play various casino games such as slots, poker, blackjack, roulette, and more.
The primary objective is to provide entertainment and social interaction to its users rather than offering real-money gambling opportunities. Users can create personalized profiles, connect with friends, send and receive virtual gifts, and compete against each other in different casino games. The emphasis is on creating a vibrant and engaging community of players who share a common interest in casino games.

πOur requirements to you:
- 2-3+ years of experience in business analysis;
- Experience in Social casino and gaming projects (Ρs a must);
- Understanding of the social casino industry, including the latest trends, developments, and innovations to provide insights and recommendations to the development team based on their industry knowledge and experience;
- Understanding of web and mobile application development process;
- Experience in creating and keeping up-to-date functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases;
- Attentiveness to detail and strong problem-solving skills;
- Experience in coming up with solutions for business needs;
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Upper-Intermediate verbal and written English (both verbal and written).
πΆIt would be cool if you have experience:
- Understanding of databases;
- Understanding of UX and user flow;
- Experience in prototyping;
- Experience in Jira/Confluence;
- Experience in Pre-Sale process;
- Experience in telehealth, real estate and other non-gambling domains;
- Experience in working with the development team and customers in a product company.
π€Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Eliciting and documentation of requirements based on communication with the Client;
- Creation and maintenance of the product documentation: BRD specification, various schemas, Confluence, User Stories, etc.;
- Helping Customers in business domain trends investigation and competitors study
- Elaboration of the inputs from the product owner into Confluence and user stories;
- Guide the customer through phases for implementation in terms of Road Map creation;
- Priority definition for new Features\Enhancements;
- Participation in Solution Roadmap creation;
- Serve as a bridge between development and product teams to resolve specific questions, and find out more information when needed;
- Direct communication with customers to gather requirements;
- Defining business requirements, performing requirements analysis, management, and implementation, and preparing technical specifications;
- Support with tasks estimations and pre-project ;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Communication with project team members;
- Writing of technical documentation;
- Take an active part in project delivery;
- Building dashboards to visualize the performance of product features and journeys to enable stakeholders across the business to identify pain points and areas of improvement;
- Track, monitor, and follow up on the progress for correcting defects until resolved;
- Use trend analysis on accounting data, performance statistics, and system logs to detect anomalies, adverse results, or wrongdoing;
- Investigate irregular or unusual activities.
