Senior Java Developer Offline

About:

As a Java developer you will work on our leading dairy monitoring product, serving thousands of customers worldwide. As a part of the development team, you will be responsible for developing new modules along with supporting the existing ones. You will participate in a whole development process starting from estimations and until delivery to production.

Responsibilities:

- Developing new modules along with supporting the existing ones;

- Communication with the client and distributed team.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of Java development experience;

- Good knowledge of Core Java (reflection, threads, object lifecycle, connection/thread pools etc.);

- Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, with proven ability to write native SQL queries);

- Proven teamwork skills (ability to work as part of a team);

Independent and autodidactic;

- Innovative mind and the ability to turn an idea into a solution;

- English – Strong Intermediate level or higher.

Would be a plus:

- Experience in Spring framework – big advantage;

- Experience in Jakarta EE;

- Experience in working in Agile methodology/environment with proven ability to work with User stories and test cases;

- Experience working with cloud technologies – AWS;

- Experience working with CI/CD.
