Salesforce/HubSpot administrator Offline
The Salesforce Administrator will manage the marketing ops and sales ops aspects of the Salesforce environment, including integrations with other marketing tools (HubSpot, SalesLoft, data enrichment providers, etc) and deployment of Marketing Cloud.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment for all marketing and sales ops requirements.
· Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks both in Lightning and Classic.
· Improve process around leads and campaigns for the enterprise sales department to ensure correct routing to sales reps and appropriate scoring.
· Ensure Salesforce lead / opportunity management workflows are always working properly.
· Creation of an end-to-end, full funnel Salesforce report.
· Manage Salesforce fields creation & customization.
· Manage, update, and maintain HubSpot marketing automation & lead scoring.
· Manage and maintain Salesforce Chat bots.
· Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud deployment for all business segments.
· Manage HubSpot, ZoomInfo & SalesLoft integrations on an ongoing basis.
· Improve process around cases for support department to ensure appropriate inputs available for correct routing to agents and essential metadata captured for metrics reporting.
· Work with other administrators to complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
· Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems and track problems appropriately.
· Create and customize standard and custom objects including fields (including formula fields), page layouts, security rules, workflow and validation rules.
· Monitor and improve data quality, integrity and user adoption.
· Document current and future state processes and develop functional specifications.
· Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
· Promote data integrity, data governance, and compliance. Performs special assignments as requested by departments.
· Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds
· Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Mandatory)
· Salesforce Business Analyst (Ideal)
· Salesforce CPQ Specialist (Ideal)
· HubSpot Marketing Software (Mandatory)
· HubSpot Inbound Marketing Optimization (Ideal)
· HubSpot Platform Consulting (Ideal)
· Proficient with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, Einstein Bots, and Einstein Activity Capture/Salesforce Scheduler
· Strong marketing ops and enterprise lead/funnel management background.
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
· Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
· Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
· Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
