Support Specialist Offline

We're looking for a SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team!

We offer a job in the software development and maintenance team of a fast-growing company with ambitious, interesting and diverse projects.

Responsibilities:

- Communication with developers and first-level support

- Drafting suggestions for improving the operation of the system

- Maintenance and support of the trading platform and IT Infrastructure

- Monitoring of the System Operation

- Creation and support of schemes for the operation of all system services

- Creation of documentation that describes the operation of all the system services

- Keeping the documentation up to date

- Writing instructions

- Sorting, filtering, and studying logs of the entire system

- Resorting the system after failures

Skills/Experience Requirements:

- Previous experience with Linux

- Knowledge of Prometheus/Zabbix monitoring systems

- Experience with Jira/Confluence/Slack

- Knowledge of Grafana/Kibana

- Preferred experience with Elasticsearch

- Previous experience with virtualization systems

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Logging, Monitoring, etc.) would be a benefit

- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP

- Experience with fix protocol would be benefit

- Experience with any of the following trading platforms - MetaTrader, NetTrader, CQG, ets woud be benefit

Stack - errafrom, GitlabCI, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, hashi stack(consul, vault, nomad( possible migration to kubernetes), own data centers with some amount of services in GCP cloud, knowledge of physical infrastructure is a plus but not required.
