Product Company is searching for an experienced and self-driven Middle IT Recruiter to join our team!

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant commercial experience

2+ years experience in IT product company

• Interviewing experience

• Excellent skills with search tools

• Experience in closing business vacancies

• Understanding of the product company focuses and the salary market

• A solid pool of connections

 

 

Responsibilities:

● Own a full-cycle recruitment process

● Implementing Recruiting processes, both passive and active (headhunting)

● Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

● Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.

● Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work, have an active role in Employer Branding

● Analyze data, recruitment metrics and present updates to hiring managers
