Lead Product Designer for Omo Offline

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer, who will empower our design team.

Challenges you’ll meet:

• Building and developing а strong design department

• Coordinate the team of designers (mobile, web, and illustrators) and be on the guard of consistency, clarity, and standards

• Mentoring designers

• Take an active role in developing a brand of our product

• Improve workflows with product teams (content, marketing, developers, product managers)

• Improve design system

Your professional qualities:

• Deep knowledge of testing and methods to evaluate the efficiency of design solutions

• Experience in close collaboration with product, content, and development team

• Experience in leading a design team (2+ Designers)

• Experience in organizing and optimizing design processes

• Deep knowledge of mobile guidelines (IOS&Android)

Nice to have:

• Mentoring or teaching experience

• Launched products from scratch

• Creating or improving the design system experience

• Working with the product marketing team
