Esper Control is a wearable, non-invasive brain-computer interface
Esper Platform is a cloud-based software solution that uses machine learning algorithms to individualize the control of wearables, including the Hand.

What You Will Do:
Electronics Design Engineer is responsible for developing electronics from scratch — from product requirements, functionality description, and serial production preparation.
-Designing hardware from product specifications to mass production
- Verification and validation of hardware
- Product troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Prototype assembly or arrangement production on EMS
- Design review (schematic/PCB/documentation)
- Creating manufacturing documentation and improvement
- Designing tools for QA/Test/Manufacturing Teams
- Following industry-standard processes and procedures for medical equipment
- Collaborating with firmware, mechanical, QA, test, and manufacturing departments
- Planning work ahead and reporting to management
- Designing products to pass EMC/ESD tests
- Manufacturing support and product improvement
- Improving design processes
Desirable experience and skills:
- broad expertise in IoT electronic product development with finished market products from scratch:
Schematic/PCB Design Tool: Altium Designer
Proficient in SPICE simulation
Rigid-flex FPC design experience
Understanding high-speed signal propagation effects
SI/PI simulation and debugging
Scripting language (Python/Matlab)
- Strong knowledge of analog electronics
- proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate +), Ukrainian (native)
- proactiveness and learning mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experiencing in BioEngineering, BT/BLE, IoT
- Participating in high-growing startups and emerging technology
- Awareness of CE Certification/FDA requirements for electronic devices and IP protection
