Python Engineers with Data knowledge Offline

We are looking for some senior engineers to come in and be able to drive initiatives. Building out a data platform team that will be developing a new platform. Instead of band-aids of the existing Infrastructure, we will build new one and move relevant processes on the new.

Project Overview:
This project is primarily focused on staff augmentation, where our team will function as full-time employees and report directly to the Director of Engineering.
The client is building a platform that will create a self-service tooling for data analysts, data scientists, and power users of the company. To do that they need people who are not just pure data engineers writing pipelines, they need people who think how can they turn writing pipelines into a self-service that others can use without writing pipelines skills.
Target Tech Practice: Platform engineering
Requirements:
๐ธ Strong proven knowledge and experience with Python in Data Management/ETL projects (understanding the concepts) / The knowledge of data and data concepts is required to make the platform to work correctly.
Nice to have:
๐ธ Hands-on experience with Snowflake or equivalents
๐ธ Hands-on experience with Airflow or equivalents, such as Prefect etc
๐ธ Development experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
๐ธ Development experience working with Amazon AWS (preferable), Microsoft Azure or any other cloud
๐ธ Experience working with the database in cloud.
Working conditions:
Overlap with the PST time zone until 11am PST. The client does not expect that to be the norm. However, they want to set clear expectations for releases and urgent work if/when โall hands on deckโ are required.
