Strong Junior/Middle Business analyst to $2000
We are seeking a Strong Junior/Middle Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Delivery Manager, developers, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
You will be working with a Ukrainian startup in the field of on-demand services. The product is to be developed from scratch. It will consist of a mobile app, web interfaces for users and a backoffice team.
Requirements:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to undertake multiple sub-projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of technical and user documentation (portfolio is a plus).
- Strong skills in requirements management, with a proven ability to generate and maintain well-structured, articulate, and complete requirements.
- Understanding of REST API, experience in system integration processes using API.
- Understanding and acceptance of Agile principles and Scrum methodology for SDLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner.
- Attentiveness to details and the ability to see the big picture.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+).
Will be a plus:
- QA or PM background is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business, user, and solution requirements.
- Conduct user research and reference analysis.
- Create low-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas.
- Develop, organize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Set up a knowledge base and organize knowledge sharing with the team.
- Ensure that everything is diligently documented, and the information is communicated to all stakeholders involved.
- Coordinate with the UI/UX team to ensure designs/mockups support User Stories.
- Work with the development team to build a sprint plan.
- Take existing and potential content and improve it.
- Groom, manage, and improve requirements that were previously written.
- Participate in incidents to create follow-up tickets if necessary.
