Product Manager (offline) $3000-6000

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process from ideation to launch, including market research, product strategy, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market analysis and data analysis
- Optimize product processes
- Set tasks and develop user behavior scenarios
- Work on UX design and conduct UX tests, experiments, and website analysis
- Implement gamification in the product
- Conduct customer development including respondent recruitment and interviews
- Perform product analytics such as AB testing, analyzing customer behavior on the app, experiments, and drawing conclusions
- Work on unit economics and monetization of the product
- Develop a backlog of tasks and create a project roadmap
- Interact with the development team to estimate the cost of development, plan
- Identify and implement growth hacking techniques for the product
- Present information to the team and business owners
- Conduct strategic planning and work on KPIs

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Strong understanding of product development process and methodology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products
- Experience in Computer Vision and Face Recognition is a plus
