Graphic design Lead Offline

We are looking for a Design Lead who has experience working with creative and technical teams and is familiar with principles and differences in designing various digital and print formats, working with different social platforms, and leveraging the latest tech and media insights.

We need a leader who can successfully inspire, control, motivate and get the best result with the team of designers. We need a strong manager who understands ownership, responsibility, team driving, and business, who can combine strategic thinking with design, illustration, and motion to deliver “thumb-stopping” work.

From you, we expect:

● Experience as a design team lead for 2-4 years;

● Advance knowledge of English;

● Deep understanding of design techniques digital and print;

● Constant monitoring of design trends;

● Strong managers skills;

● Flexibility and resistance to changes;

● Stress tolerance and bright communication skills;

● The ability to work quickly, make decisions quickly, get involved, and be in touch;

● Ability to work according to standards, KPI, OKR;

● The ability to collect references, light boxes, and compose briefs for designers;

● A technical approach to design, the ability to separate taste from standards;

● No perfectionism and inflated values.

Tasks:

● Managing a team of 7-10 people;

● Writing briefs for designers, collecting lightboxes and references;

● Reviewing designs;

● Strict adherence to KPI in the unit;

● Participation in the OKR planning of the department;

● Making decisions and solving problems related to design issues;

● Compliance with standards;

● Paper-work;

● Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reporting;

● Tight communication with peers.
