Middle/+ IT Project Manager Offline

We are looking for an experienced IT PM to manage our projects (web and mobile development, and CRM/ERP/HRM systems). Our clients are from the USA, Canada, and Western Europe.

There are 4 core domains we work with:

- healthcare;

- e-commerce;

- e-learning;

- video streaming platforms.

Requirements:

1. Spoken and written English is a must-have skill (Upper-intermediate and higher). Ukrainian or Russian are necessary too.

2. Technical background (experience or education), at least 3 years of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager.

3. Experience in web/mobile application development (both).

4. Good problem-solving skills.

5. Experience in Customer relations management, Requirement management, change management, and Estimation techniques (at least 1000 hours project).

6. Experience with Agile methodologies, a profound understanding of Project Management methodologies and best practices.

7. Ability to work in a multi-project environment.

8. Exceptional customer service and related skills.

9. Must demonstrate a hardworking disciplined character, accept constructive criticism, motivate project teams, build consensus, and adhere to work policies and procedures.

Will be a plus: experience in pre-sales activities and roadmap preparations.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather & document project requirements & specifications.

2. Plan, Execute, and Control.

3. Resources planning, building relevant timeline.

4. Allocate work within and between project teams based on the given nature and complexity of the tasks.

5. Monitor team and individual employees’ performance.

6. Building estimates for projects and their milestones — with a team.

7. Keep track of production milestones on development projects.
