Functionality-wise, it will cover HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, vacation, days off, legal documentation, etc.

The tool is live. Developed from scratch. We just released MVP and started onboarding the first clients.

Overview

The tech team consists of CTO, Python Tech Lead, a product manager, an engineering manager, a designer, a back-end developer, and two front-end developers.

The team is Agile/Scrum - planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives, so we expect you to be a proactive communicator and have a good English level.

Tech stack

Backend: Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PostgreSQL.

Frontend: React, TypeScript, RTK Query, Material UI

Other: Docker, Google Cloud Platform (App Engine or Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage), GitLab, Linear, Postman

We expect you to have good theoretical knowledge and solid practical experience with the back-end tools, Docker, and GCP(or alternative cloud platforms).
