Junior Business Analyst Offline

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst.

We are a perfect match if you have:

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

* Upper-Intermediate level English and above;

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

* Experience with Agile methodologies;

* Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA is a plus;

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders;

* Collaborate with senior team members to identify process improvements and recommend solutions;

* Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss potential solutions;

* Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows;

* Communicate requirements to the development team and ensure that solutions meet business needs;

* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that testing plans align with requirements;

* Support project managers in monitoring project timelines and identifying potential issues;

* Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to ensure that recommendations are aligned with best practices.
