Blockchain (Web3) Team Lead Offline

Project: proof of concept for a project in fashion industry, 4 months engagement.

Experience:

Technical background, e.g computer science or equivalent.

3 years of experience in a tech lead position building products for commercial customers.

🔝 Upper-intermediate verbal communication in English.

Stack:

📌 Git;

📌 Solidity;

📌 MongoDB;

📌 Node.js;

📌 React;

📌 Web3.js/ethers.js or equivalent;

📌 Project management tools such as Jira.

Duties:

✔️ Be in close contact with the end customer and translate requests into requirements.

✔️ Lead technical and architectural discussions and put forth solutions to tasks and problems.

✔️ Have a good overview over all technical parts of the project, from blockchain, dev-ops, to frontend and UX design.

✔️ Set clear goals rooted in business decisions, coach the team into implementing it and deliver a quality product on time.
