Middle DevOps Engineer Offline

IC2C (Internation Customer to Customer) is a new way to think about how your package can travel around the world. The main goal of the project is to disrupt international shipment and logistics using cutting age technologies like AI. It helps to manage business critical processes and has many integrations with other systems. As part of the Digital Transformation strategy, Meest’s digital platform will be refreshed to address new challenges.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineer

Hands on experience with Bash and/or Python

Experience with Agile Development and with building modern Web applications/SaaS services

Good understanding of SDLC (Release Management, CI/CD, etc.)

Hands on experience Docker, Docker Compose, Gitlab/Jenkins, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcache, Elasticsearch, Zabbix, Grafana, Graylog/Logstash

AWS (EC2, RDS, EBS, S3), Kubernetes, Terraform, RabbitMQ, Kafka will be plus

Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Ukrainian).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with multiple teams (Dev, QA, PM, PO etc.) to maintain smooth development flow.

Create and maintain CI/CD subsystems, setup and maintain of web servers, monitoring tools, logging, backup systems.

Ensure that systems are developed which meet business requirements and for functionality, quality, stability, and sustainability.

Collaborate with teams and support emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.

Provide input to department and project teams on decisions supporting.
