We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for finding people on such platforms as LinkedIn, Djinni and DOU. We expect to have long term business relationships)

Requirements:

▪️ Commercial experience in similar positions (or completed courses).

▪️ Understanding of an IT market and roles at IT companies.

▪️ Understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, Djinni and DOU.

▪️ Experience with CRM platforms.

▪️ Big desire to study and work hard.

▪️ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

▪️ Ability to learn quickly.

▪️ Good time-management skills, responsible, creative mindset, result-driven, attentive to details, multitasking.

▪️ English — at least Upper-Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

▪️ Active search and headhunting.

▪️ Conducting and preparing initial interviews.

▪️ Creating job descriptions.

▪️ Collecting and providing feedback.

▪️ Preparing and making job offers.

▪️ Building talents base.

Interview stages:

▪️ HR interview (30 minutes).

▪️Technical interview (1.5 hours).
