Senior Automation QA Engineer Offline

About role:

They are looking for a professional Senior Automation QA Engineer to test VR user interfaces, application functionality and help us to maintain the level of quality and reliability. You will work in a team with embedded, backend and VR engineers to deliver an innovative platform for video streaming. Joining our team you will take part in various projects, hunt bugs, identify issues, report it and implement software testing processes. You will collaborate with the product team and engineers and will have ownership of quality through manual and automated testing.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with VR environment.

Understanding of common software failures.

Familiarity with current test design techniques.

Experience implementing automated testing platforms.

Nice to have:

Video quality measurement metrics and tools.

Experience with AI automation.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.

Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Prioritize and plan testing activities.

Play the role of test engineer: design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests.

Track the life-cycle of errors and retest fixed issues.

Perform regression testing.

Maintain the test documentation.

Communicate with end users or assistance support.

Lead and drive testing processes and procedures.

Ability to iterate quickly and produce business value.
