Lead Generation Manager Offline

As a member of the team you will:

- Develop new business opportunities via existing and new lead generation channels;

- Collect potential prospects and their contact information by using lead-generation tools;

- Manage cold email / LinkedIn campaigns through automation tools;

- Prepare templates and scripts for campaigns;

- Continuous improvement of lead generation and sales processes to improve conversion at all the levels of the funnel;

- Experiment with new lead generation channels and tools and approaches.

 

Our perfect candidate has:

- Experience working 2+ years in IT sales (outstaff preferred), B2B sales, other sales experience;

- Previous experience as Lead Generation manager;

Understanding software development life cycle and IT tech stacks;

- Good understanding of IT sales models;

- Experience with Lead generation tools (automating and growth-hacking tools);

- Experience working with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator

Experience working with Email tools (Lemlist, Reply.io, MailShake or Similar);

- Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least) or Advanced - both writing and speaking.
