Tech / Team Lead

Somplo is an Israeli / Ukrainian tech-based company, in digital advertising solutions for big agencies and international leading brands.

We have Offices in Israel and in Odessa Ukraine, with a staff of around 40 employees (Tech, design, sales, marketing, operation, support, and more). We are looking for a R&D Tech / Team Lead for our Ukrainian office.

OFFICE ONLY / NOT REMOTE

Requirements:

• Web dev experience of 5 years +

• High skill JavaScript (ES5, ES6)

• High skill PHP and backend

• High skill in handling big data

• Experience with creating a large-scale online platforms

• Experience with managing dev teams of frontend and backend

• Implementing workflows and sprints

• AWS or cloud structure understanding and planning

• Planning and executing new features

• Good communication skills

• High level of English (speaking and writing)

• Experience in AdTech projects or companies - advantage

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the dev team (front and back)

• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products

• Work with the product team on new features.

• Create, track and manage tasks for the dev team.

• work on integration projects with clients.

• Plan and manage cloud structure.

• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
