About the role:

As a Project Coordinator you will help to manage our bright IT Security team of Penetration Testers

We are looking for a Personality with remarkable communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally, converting talented engineers into a high-performance team.

After your morning coffee you will be:

- Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling together with Project Manager

- Deliver customer projects successfully

- Manage customer expectations and relationship

- Ensure that projects are delivered in line with the UD process and methodologies

- Creation of meetings (Delivery, Kick-Off, DEMO, INTRO) and sometimes follow-ups with clients

- Check status of the project, check tracking in CRM

- Preparation of the Letter of Attestation.

- Checking Juniors and Middle - messages&emails before they send it to the client.

- Communication with team, 1:1 meetings, small talk + hearing the feedback from each person in the team.

- Review all Junior pentesters' achievements on a weekly basis.

We want you in our team if you have:

- Around 1-2 years of experience in Project Management

- Ability to learn new domains (we work in Cyber Security)

- Proficient spoken and written English

- Exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Being self-motivated, able to multitask, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, and able to work in a fast-paced work environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A passion for challenges and courage to manage people

It would be a big plus:

- Some knowledge of the cybersecurity domain

- Project management in IT

- Experience working on international markets, communicating with foreign clients
