Senior DevOps Offline

Our client is one of the biggest producers of premium cars

The team consist of about 32 engineers, divided into 5 sub teams: 2 PO, SCRUM master, architect, BA, 12 .NET devs, 4 C++ devs, 4 DevOps, 7 QA

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop automation and processes to enable teams to develop, deploy, manage, monitor and configure CI/CD for a complex distributed system

· System troubleshooting and problem solving across applications

· Collaborate closely with the customer

· Help solve business needs (related to operations) with technology by evaluating different technology options and products

· Actively participate in high-level team activities such as recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations

REQUIREMENTS

· Very good knowledge of k8s

· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Azure Kubernetes Service, API Management, AppService, Virtual Machines, MSSQL servers and databases, networking, VPNs, etc.)

· Very good knowledge of monitoring systems (Prometheus, Azure Monitor)

· Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

· Solid understanding and experience working with high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems and hybrid cloud environments

· Proven experience with Jenkins in designing complex multistage pipelines

· Ability to specify requirements and procedures for routine maintenance and operations

· Proven experience with moving applications from development stage into operations

· Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resources to application stack traces

· Experience with version control systems such as Git

· Ability to create PowerShell scripts and develop code
