Tech Team Lead, Fullstack Developer (offline)

We are Develux, a fast-developing IT company that has operated in the US and European markets since 2014.
We are an IT consulting, outsourcing, and outstaffing company. We also have two services Video editing and SEO.

Develux offers full-cycle custom software development services and provides the smartest solutions for our customers.
We are looking for a Tech Team Lead, Fullstack Developer for our outstaffing projects.

Required hard skills:
This is the tech stack - while all is needed, having 80% of these would be sufficient. This role does not necessarily include coding, but one needs to understand how it is connected and be able to delegate correct tasks in the correct order to the team.
- Git;
- Solidity;
- Mongodb ;
- Node.js;
- React;
- Web3.js/ethers.js or equivalent;
- Project management tools such as Jira.

Responsibilities:
Be in close contact with the end customer and translate requests into requirements.
- Lead technical and architectural discussions and put forth solutions to tasks and problems;
- Have a good overview of all technical parts of the project, from blockchain, and dev-ops, to frontend and UX design;
- Set clear goals rooted in business decisions, coach the team into implementing them, and deliver a quality product on time.
