Lead Full Stack Developer Java+React (Poland) (offline)

Min requirements to the candidate:
- Team leading skills/leadership skills
- 5+ years in Software Development
- Knowledge of Java and Spring
- Experience with React.js
- Understanding of serverless applications
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix-based operating systems (bash/ssh/ps/grep etc.)
- Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies in particular

Nice to have requirements to the candidate:
- An understanding of development principles for Clouds, especially for GCP

Current team size, their locations and whether team is going to grow?
A distributed team of developers, QA automation and devOps engineers. The team is new and will grow to a size of 18 to deliver the scope.

What tasks the candidate will work with?
- Organize and coordinate the work of a team of 6 developers working across several microservices
- Participate in the design and development of the high-performance business application, from requirements analysis to production
- Constantly improve software quality (evaluate and incorporate new libraries, tools, and technologies; code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.)
- Analyze and improve application performance
- Search for simple and robust solutions to complex tasks
- Work in an agile methodology environment where innovation, teamwork, and creativity are the key to success
- Collaborate with a distributed team of developers, QA engineers, analysts
