Senior Full Stack Node.js Developer Offline

Your team: Alpha Core team is part of the Core group of development teams which aims to integrate vertical services and data into our product for it to be useful and usable for our customers.

It consists of Front-end, Back-end, and Full stack developers using modern technological stacks such as Angular, NodeJS, Python, Mongo, Redis, and Kafka, and tools like Jira, Jenkins, Gitlab, and Slack. The team works fully agile both in terms of work and also in terms of how we work!

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work with modern microservice-backed products that gather, analyze, fuse, and present heterogeneous and distributed information for our intelligence solutions.

What you’ll work on:

Develop new applications and features (front-end, middleware, and back-end)

Decompose challenging business problems into software engineering tasks

Optimize existing codebase for performance, reliability, and scalability

Estimate project work effort and create development roadmaps

Perform code reviews and engage in pair-programming sessions

Collaborate with product management and other functional teams to iterate and enhance our product offerings

What we look for:

Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js and Python

Worked with large-scale distributed storage and database systems (SQL or NoSQL, e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4J, ArangoDB, ElasticSearch)

Experience with message brokers (e.g. MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Involved and led Projects

Worked with Version Control (preferably Git)

Excellent communication and team working

Good problem-solving

Strong attention to detail

Proactive approach with a growth mindset

Experience with Typescript will be considered a plus
