Junior Project Coordinator Offline

This role is for you if you want to gain practical experience in project management, learn how to work in a large team and understand the development process. You enjoy controlling the details of your work and like to put in the effort to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.

We are seeking a young enthusiast who will be involved in two projects and will be responsible for controlling all stages of the projects as well as team management. Part of your duties will include communicating with customers from the USA and Denmark, so a good knowledge of conversational and written English is a must!

USA Project is a not-for-profit membership organization that enables collaboration, knowledge sharing, career enrichment, and skills development across all engineering disciplines. The Denmark Project is focused on the area of Information Technology and Services.

Location: Lviv

Work mode: This is a full-time position located in our Lviv office, with the possibility of remote work as needed.

Requirements and skills:

Work experience - up to 1 year in IT in the same role - Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Сompleted training in courses on Project Management in IT

English level - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or better (written and conversational)

Strong team management skill

Good at performing administrative duties

Good Project Management and Team Management skills

Good knowledge of management for the full life cycle of the project

Strong desire to learn a lot and grow in the IT industry

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Understanding of SDLC

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience working with requirements clarification, the business analysis of high-level requirements

Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban

Familiar with Jira or similar

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
