DevOps Team Lead (offline)

We develop our own B2B Solutions for the entertainment industry.

We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join our Clovertech Family.

🍀What you will do:
- Lead our DevOps team;
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
- Maintain and ensure stability and performance of several environments (including production);
- Participate in engineering planning and discussions, provide guidance to development teams;
- Maintain and improve the current cloud infrastructure;
- Control and optimize cloud infrastructure costs;
- Coach, mentor, and develop the other DevOps engineers;
- Conduct regular 1-to-1 sessions with DevOps engineers;
- Continuously improve DevOps engineering practices.

🍀What you need:
- 7+ years in a DevOps role, 3+ years as DevOps Lead or Head of DevOps;
- At least 4-5 years of deep technical knowledge in DevOps roles, on AWS and Azure cloud (VPC, EKS, MSK, WAF, EBS, CloudWatch. Azure services such as VM"s, Blob, Azure LB, Application gateway, VNET, AKS Azure Front Door and others);
- Solid understanding of how the Internet works in general (CDNs, mailing services, DNS, etc.);
- Deep knowledge of working in cloud-based infrastructure;
- Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes/Docker (HELM) clusters;
- Demonstrable knowledge of microservices-oriented architectures;
- At ease with troubleshooting in complex environments through experience using various monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK);
- Good knowledge of configuration management and IAC tools, preferably Ansible and Terraform;
- Vast experience with build tools, especially with GitLab;
- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault;
- Experience working with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and no-SQL DBMS (Elasticsearch, Cassandra).
