Junior Android developer Offline

DotCode is looking for Android developer to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to work with our friendly team on many interesting projects and be involved in architecture design and development as well, and other challenging and interesting tasks.

Skills:

— At least 1+ year of commercial experience;

— Java Core, Kotlin Core;

— Android SDK, XML, SQL;

— Experience with third-party libraries and APIs;

— Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies;

— Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle;

— Experience with Android emulators;

— Cover product logic unit/integration/UI tests;

— English: Upper Intermediate (B2) OR Higher.

Will be plus:

— Experience with mobile keyboards is strongly preferred;

— Experience with early-stage products, prototyping, and UX;

— Experience in Fintech industry;

Responsibilities:

— Design and implement high-quality features according to the best practices, approaches and patterns;

— Integration with back-end services;

— Provide comprehensive technical analysis and feedback on the features;

— Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability;

— Work on bug fixing and improving application performance;

— Great sense of product — you care about usability and good design;

— On-going discovery, analysis and implementation of new technologies to improve development efficiency;
