Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork) Offline

Altum Agency is looking for a Lead Generation specialist to join our friendly and professional team.

Requirements:

- night schedule: 8-hour working day (00:00 - 08:00);

- excellent communication skills, you are proactive and full of ideas;

- have strong attention to detail;

- written and spoken English: Upper-Intermediate level;

- basic knowledge of the IT field;

- we are ready to accept an initiative person without experience, provided that the person is willing to learn and develop in the field of lead generation.

Responsibilities:

- generating outbound leads;

- providing contact data of our Ideal client profile, working with the target audience;

- working in a team, scheduling calls;

- communicating with prospects via Upwork;

- chat with potential clients in English, and address their questions and requests;

- reveal client’s needs, send proposals to prospects;

- create and maintain the lead database (the USA and Europe markets).

Will be a plus:

- experience with any CRM systems;

- basic knowledge of search automation and data enrichment.
