Process

We have a daily Scrum, and a weekly status check meeting.

Other than that, development hours are flexible

Development work

We would expect you to do all of the following:

✅ Plan & problem-solve

✅ Implement (not just to make it work but to refine, make code professional: clean, consistent, simple, fast)

✅ Test

Understanding how to create good user experience would be good.

Our backend is written in .net core. Database access is done using EF and Dapper

We would expect you to know Linq, and to understand performance and data structures in general.

Our storage is SQL Server.

Your main focus would be in

- Integrations (to/from 3rd party systems)

- Backend applications to manage Azure infrastructure

- Mobile APIs

- Web client APIs

It would be good, if you had experience with .NET MVC.

Also, having experience with client-side technologies like TypeScript, React, Angular, etc, is a plus, but not required.

Applying & interviews

Our interview consists of

- Code samples (github page, stackoverflow profile, open-source code, hobby projects, samples)

- Live coding tasks (e.g. building a small console app together)

- Coding questions
