Expectations from the candidate:

- Courses graduation or work experience as a PM is a must

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC

- Upper-intermediate/Fluent knowledge of English

Responsibilities:

- Planning the Teamwork in a smooth collaboration with the Product Owner and Tech Lead

- Team performance control

- Facilitating Agile activities

- Defining the client’s needs and translating them into the project requirements

- Project workflow management and defining the problem

- Preparation of the documentation for the project

- Defining the weak spots in the project and preventing them occurs before the Team starts working on it

- Close work with the dev, design, and QA Teams

- Permanently improve the processes and take care of following them by the Team.
