Project Manager

You have a chance as we are looking for a Project Manager  who has:

• Min 2 years of active project management or 3 finished COMMERCIAL projects;
• Was a project delivery responsible person at least in 1 COMMERCIAL project.

The Required Primary List of Hard Skills:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics);
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, with the ability to decompose complex topics, group related elements, and navigate between technical and business perspectives;
• Ability to plan and scope delivery increments, ensuring completeness and alignment with product value expectations;
• Knowing and understanding SDLC (Software Development Life-Cycle);
  Knowledge and experience in project cost management;
• Knowledge and experience in project schedule management;
• Knowledge of quality management and cost of quality principles in the projects;
• Knowledge in the bug management process. Experienced in bug-tracking and task management systems (Redmine, JIRA, and so on);
• B2 (CEFR) or Upper-Intermediate+ level of spoken and written English.

A Required Secondary List of Skills:

• Experience with radio jammers, whether through basic familiarity with the domain or direct project leadership, is considered a plus;
• Understanding HDLC (Hardware Development Life-Cycle);
• Internationally recognized certification in project management;
• Experience as a business analyst;
  OR
  Experience as an electronic engineer;
  OR
  Experience as a software developer;
  OR
  Experience as a quality assurance/control engineer;
• Knowledge of major features of version control systems (check-out, check-in, merging, branching, versions). 
• Experience in version system controls (Git, SVN, SourceSafe, ClearCase, and so on);

Required General Skills:

• Strong leadership skills, practitioner of various leadership styles;
• Is a team member and is committed to the project goals.
• Ability to establish team collaboration and facilitate communication among team members;
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to help the team to timely resolve disagreements that arise during the project;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under stress and uncertainty;
• Open-minded person and positive thinker;
• High level of responsibility and quality sense;
• Passion to solve complex tasks;
• Desire understand the product being developed;
• Desire to learn the new.
