Junior/Middle Project Manager Offline

We have a need hiring a Project Manager, from Ukraine, with at least 1 year of experience working in IT field.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work with 1-3 projects from the US.

Looking for a very responsible person who can take over the management of 2-3 IT projects for our customers. In general, this is the management of approximately 10-15 specialists.

About projects:

1. The first project is new, in the medical and legal fields. Development of a complex web product.

2. The second is a mobile application and a web version of the social network, which has been released on the American market a week ago. In the future, this project will have constant support and development of new functionality.

3. The third project, which we have been working on for 3 years and 2.5 in release version with real users (about 8,000 users). Project is in medical and legal fields as well.

Our ideal candidate has:

1. At least 1 year of experience in software project management.

2. Understanding of project management and project development flow.

3. Knowledge and experience in project documentation creation.

4. Knowledge and experience in communication with a client.

5. Great soft skills.

6. English B2+.

Responsibilities:

- Perfect the ability to deliver both technical and business value to our clients.

- Communicate with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Use agile and scrum practices.

- Analysis of client’s requirements.

- Communication with team.

- Task management in ClickUp.

- Documentation creation and update in Notion.

- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

- Risk management.

- Communication and synchronization with other PM in the company.

- Management of 2-3 projects at the same time.

- Team management of 10-15 people total (front-end devs, back-end devs, designers, qa).

- Tasks plan creation with a client.

We work with the following languages: Angular js, Python/Django/FastAPI, .Net; Figma for design; ClickUp for the management of tasks; Notion for documentation.

At the moment, our company has 24 people with an office in Lviv. Most of the employees work remotely in Ukraine.
