Quality Engineer JavaScript Offline

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬:

Our client is looking to modernize its eCommerce website, starting with the Browse experience. Modernization is aimed to significantly improve modularisation, flexibility, speed-to-market, quality, a11y, and performance of the front-end compared to the existing WebSphere commerce system.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:

– 3+ years of Automation QA experience in eCommerce Website (at least 1+ years in JS)

– Experience with JavaScript for UI component testing (Cypress or Playwright)

– Extensive experience in functional and automated test tools, techniques, and frameworks.

– Spoken English (Intermediate High) as needed to communicate with customer

– Experience with writing Test Plans/Cases/Reports

– Create component tests for UI components

– Perform accessibility testing with automated tools

– Help developers create perf testing for components

– Support CI/CD for quality gating for UI component library

– Adjust an automation solution for the client website allowing easy scripting and CI automation

– Develop and maintain automated test scripts for new and existing test cases.
