An innovative Hi-Tech project in medicine and technology is looking for an exceptional and talented Project Manager to join our outstanding team.

Requirements :

- Experience in managing large projects;

- Understanding of fintech, and blockchain technology (NFT/DAO);

- Experience in dealing with investors, and investment funds;

- The ability to form and analyze basic reporting, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on them;

- English language - upper-intermediate/advanced;

- High level of communication skills.

- Team management skills.

Tasks:

- Managing projects at various stages: proposal creation, inception, delivery, and post-production support;

- Identifying business cases and elaborate plan of action;

- Team management - control and analytics of the team;

- Suggestions for improving the project, and analysis of other projects.

- Check project progress and report to the stakeholders;

- Identify risks, escalate issues, and resolve them;

- Working with team members to facilitate their growth;

- Ideas generating and capability of getting things done;

- Creation of a positive and productive atmosphere in the team;

- Generation and validation of ideas within the framework of the project, and presentation of ready-made concepts.

- Communication with investors, attracting investments for projects;

- Active participation in the formation of product promotion plans.

- Setting tasks for the construction of analytics necessary for regular monitoring of key project metrics.
