Purpose of the role:

- ensuring the resolution of team organizational issues;

- preparation and holding of planned meetings (internal and external);

- assistance in designing the team structure and organizing its work;

- monitoring the effectiveness and relevance of processes;

- coordination of business processes;

- adjustment of processes in the entire operational part and continuous improvement of operational efficiency;

- work with documentation;

- analysis of the effectiveness of the use of working environments;

- generation of reports;

- coordination of compliance with regulations; additions, formation of new regulations;

- ensuring interaction of structural units.

Basic requirements:

- English language level: at least Upper Intermediate

- 1+ years of IT experience

- Knowledge of process management methods
