Junior Project Manager Offline

Smart Tek Solutions&Services is leading IT service provider that serves Fortune 500 companies in the US. Our goal is to become leading employer in Ukraine and now we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

- Critical analytical thinking;

- Basic knowledge of management;

- Ability to implement and manage processes;

- Stress resistance;

- Resistance to working with a lot of data;

- Knowledge of technologies and tools for project management;

- Be able to understand and learn a new system functionality about customers' business processes;

- Self-educated person;

- Be able to negotiate and persuade;

- Communicative, problem-solving, and good team player;

- Previous PM experience will be a plus;

- English - Upper-Intermediate B2(as must).

Responsibilities:

- Working with project documentation;

- Investigate the issues in the customer ERP/CRM system;

- Creating tasks and descriptions for developers;

- Prioritization of tasks with developers;

- Estimation of tasks with developers;

- Agreeing on deadlines for completing tasks with developers and clients;

- Analysis of potential risks;

- Setting up a workflow in a team (development, testing, working with requirements);

- Learn the new system functionality and ability to configure standard feathers;

- Tracking the status of the project, and the progress of tasks;

- Tracking the proper priority of tasks;

- Tracking the load of the task and the progress of each developer;

- Tracking the timing of tasks;

- Keeping the team in working order, team motivation;

- Communication with the customer, management of his expectations;

- Lead-up report for the project manager on the progress of the project;

- Presentation of the customer of demo versions.
