Consider the options: Both experienced PMs who know what PMI/Scrum/PMBOK is, with extensive work experience, and beginners (1+ years) with fire in their eyes, who want to learn all this and become the best (but experience in a similar position is a must-have).

- Be prepared to manage multiple projects at once.

- Independently select the methodology of project management, depending on the client and the project.

- Motivate and coordinate the team.

- Love customers and help them.

- A sense of taste for understanding and ability to distinguish good design from bad. - Prepare technical specifications (if necessary).

- Present and defend the work.

- Make estimates for projects.

- Complete projects on time to meet the estimate.

What do we do?

Basically, a lot of design for mobile apps. Also, we develop many projects which last about 3-12 months. Basically, these are mobile applications and admin panels for managing them.
