Fullstack ASP.NET Developer (мы говорим по-русски) $1500-4000 Offline

The German company "Risker Anwendungsentwicklung GmbH" (www.risker.de) would like to have a small web-based Project Management System developed. The Stack should be ASP.NET with Angular and Material.

We are a small programming company, which develops custom MS Excel and MS Access Software

The Project Management Software should contain the following possibilties:

- Different Customers

- Different Projects per Customer

- Save Project Information:

- Notes

- Bug reporting

- Feature requests

- Log of time spent on Project

- Source-Code Upload

We need a nice look and the software should be usable on PC Desktop, Tablet and Smartphone.

We do not want to use existing Software like Jira because it is to complicated.
