Senior UX/UI Designer

Our team needs a pro-UX/UI designer, who has a startup personality, is flexible, proactive, and able to generate ideas and create solutions to problems! Are you our perfect match?

Required Skills:

● Upper-Intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
● Design is your superpower!
● At least 3 years of professional experience preferably in startups or product companies
● A portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web applications.
● A strong command of contemporary design tools including Figma, Adobe InDesign, and illustrator/other tools but you can explain why
● A user-centric & Problem-solving mindset
● Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.


Responsibilities:

● Design flows and experiences that are simple, effective, and stylish
● Determine information architecture and create a sitemap.
● Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces
● Conduct usability testing
● Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences to the user.
● Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
