Project Operations Manager Offline

CSA Team is responsible for the successful financial relationship between company and clients, timely provision of project reports, compliance with the terms of the contract and the volume of the project budget, timely receipt of payments.

We are looking for a Project Operations Manager to join our team!

Requirements

- Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, International Economy, Management

- 1+ years of experience on similar positions.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.).

- High level of responsibility, result oriented, problem-solving approach, analytical skills with high attention to details.

- Ability to work with a low level of supervision and as a part of a team when required.

- SAP experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Point-of-contact for financial questions related to projects for Delivery Managers and Clients.

- Monitor time tracking by team members, timesheets reporting overview.

- Formalization and oversee implementation of contract deliverables - control of factual results with the agreed targets.

- Invoices sending and all corresponding documentation according to Client request.

- Maintain projects reports and project’s financials.

- Ensuring of consolidated budget reports at unit level.

- Identify and highlight risks.

- Initiate and facilitate the creation of best practices work process.
