Intern/Junior BizDev support manager Offline

UST Global® is looking for a BD (revenue) operations support manager

Please, note: location - Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of proposals and pitches;

• Conduct research and analyze information on new clients and target markets including client segmentation and prospecting;

• Work with partners;

• Work with the base of subcontractors and freelancers;

• Work with inbound leads;

• Conduct client validation;

• Work with documents that help in Business Development and Account Management activities;

• Develop and implement Account Management initiatives;

• Plan, promote, and execute current client mining activity to promote cross-selling opportunities;

• Pipeline oversight including reporting and dashboard support;

• Work with the CRM system;

• Work with the business development team to build the company brand using PR, digital, etc.

Requirements:

• At least Upper Intermediate English level;

• Proactivness and responsible approach to tasks;

• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills;

• Details oriented with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities;

Desirable:

• Experience of working in IT sphere;

• A degree in Marketing or Business or relevant professional marketing qualification;
