Junior IT Support Engineer (Fluent English) Offline
We are looking for a person who will provide IT Support and manage the acquisition process of IT hardware, software, and services for the CEB NV, in accordance with internal regulations and procedures.

-Experience with Service Desk software named “TOPDESK”
-Knowledge of ITIL event, incident, and change management processes
-HTML knowledge

Job Duties
The main responsibility of the IT Support Acquisition Administrator & Engineer is:
-Ensure to manage the acquisition process of IT hardware, software, and services for the CEB NV, in accordance with internal regulations and procedures.
-Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to find the best price, quality, and delivery for the organization
-Ensure that purchased IT assets (HW, SW, and Service Contracts) are registered properly. (Configuration & Contract Management)
-Maintain the administration of active Service Contracts, by timely prolonging and/or cancelling the Service Contracts, in consultation with the direct supervisor
-Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional, respectful and ethical manner with end-users, co-workers and supervisors
-Liaising with vendors or technicians for hardware or software problems
-Provide broad-based functional support and good customer service to end-users using banking and other enterprise application software
-Resolve desktop problems or answer questions of end-users in person, via telephone or from remote location.
-React effectively to changes and perform other related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
The person will be also responsible for building-up the knowledge base database and maintaining it in a well-organized manner.
