REQUIREMENTS

Understanding of software development life-cycles

Knowledge of project management principles, concepts and practices

Working knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, TFS, BugTracker, MS Project

Highly developed oral and written communication skills

Good organizational skills

Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems

Willingness and ability to undertake training needed in order to fulfill the changing requirements of the job

Ability to multitask and make things done

Ability to develop a good rapport with all the stakeholders

English – upper intermediate high (spoken and written)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project

Keep the project and all related processes running smoothly

Ensure that internal stakeholders are regularly updated on the status of all sites in project through meetings, correspondence and status trackers.

Serve as point of contact for project information and updates

Compile summary documents, collect and include contributions of the team members

Manage project team assignments. Participate in individual performance reviews of team members

Manage team members motivation, ensure healthy atmosphere within the project team

Follow standardized PMO processes, ensure that used project management methods and processes are in line with PMO methodology and tool-sets and maintained throughout the project life-cycle

Perform other duties as assigned
