Data analyst/BI (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of analytics experience in a B2C company
- Understanding of database structures and data mining techniques
- Good knowledge of SQL
- A/B and Multivariate testing techniques and measurements
- Understanding of both statistics and regression methods
- Excellent analytical skills including cohort analysis and lifetime value analytics
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to tell a story based on data

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product team to help make correct data-informed decisions
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
- Monitoring of key indicators and timely identification of the reasons for deviations from the average values
- Build and maintain a BI system
- Collaborate with research and product team
- Validate hypothesis
- Running A/B tests to verify the hypothesis
